1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InvestLab (“the Platform”) at investlab.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by Jay Pankaj Mehta, an individual, at 2405, B Wing, Neelam Solstice, Eastern Express Highway, Ghatkopar - East, Mumbai - 400077, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Description of Service

InvestLab provides AI-generated stock research reports for Indian equity markets. The Platform uses publicly available financial data and large language models to generate analytical summaries.

Features include stock watchlists, portfolio holdings tracking, research reports, technical indicator summaries, and a token-based wallet for accessing premium analysis.

5. Token System and Payments

5.1 Free Tier

All registered users receive a one-time welcome bonus of 100 tokens on signup. Additional tokens can be earned through referrals (50 tokens each for referrer and referee).

5.2 Paid Recharge

Users may recharge their token wallet by purchasing tokens via UPI payment. The minimum recharge amount is ₹500. Volume-based discounts apply as displayed on the recharge screen at the time of purchase.

5.3 Token Usage

Tokens are consumed when generating analysis reports. Token costs are displayed before each operation. Once consumed, tokens are non-refundable.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent the token system or access premium features without payment
• Not use the Platform to generate content that is misleading or fraudulent

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content or AI-generated reports for commercial redistribution
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract underlying AI models or prompts
• Use automated tools to create accounts or abuse the free token tier
• Attempt to compromise the security of the Platform or other users’ accounts
• Use the Platform in violation of any applicable Indian law or regulation
• Redistribute or resell access to the Platform without written permission

8. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content on the Platform (excluding publicly available financial data) are the intellectual property of Jay Pankaj Mehta. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

AI-generated reports are provided for your personal use only and may not be republished, resold, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jay Pankaj Mehta shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on any content generated by the Platform
• Investment losses arising from decisions made based on Platform content
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated reports
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform
• Unauthorised access to your account

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

On termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Any unused purchased tokens may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
